Who we are
Ad Proxy (“we”, “us”) provides pixel-accurate ad preview and client review for performance marketing teams. This policy explains how we handle information when you use tryadproxy.com and related services.

Account and billing data
When you create an organization or sign in, we process identity data through our authentication provider (Clerk), such as name, email, and authentication identifiers.
If you subscribe, our billing provider processes payment details. We store plan and subscription status needed to run the product. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Campaign and creative content
Agencies upload creatives, copy, and related campaign assets. Invited External reviewers see campaigns they are granted access to. Content stays scoped to your organization unless you choose to share it.
Files you store with us (including media copied into our object storage) are used to render previews, support review, and power features you enable (such as extract or generate).
Google Drive and other connected accounts
If you connect Google Drive (or another file host) through our integrations, we receive OAuth tokens via our connection broker (Nango). We store connection identifiers and display metadata—not long-lived tokens in our application database.
With your authorization, we access only Google Drive files you explicitly select with our app (Google’s drive.file scope and Google Picker). Selected files may be copied into our storage so previews and review do not depend on live Drive links.
We do not use connected Drive content to train general-purpose AI models for other customers. We do not sell your Drive data.
How we use information
Operate and improve Ad Proxy (previews, review, notifications, billing).
Provide support and security (abuse prevention, audit of access).
Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Sharing
We share data with processors that help us run the product (hosting, auth, email, billing, OAuth broker, analytics) under contracts that limit use to providing their service.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain account, org, and campaign data while your organization is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of org content subject to those needs.
Security
We use industry-standard controls appropriate to a SaaS product (encryption in transit, access controls, secrets management). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
Organization owners and managers can disconnect integrations, remove members, and manage campaign access from the product.
You may request access or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing nathan.adframe@gmail.com. Some requests may require verifying account control.
Children
Ad Proxy is built for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
