FAQ

Answers that match the product

Short, accurate. If something here disagrees with the app, trust the app and tell us. See also Plans.

Do External reviewers need accounts?
Yes. Clients join as External reviewers with a Clerk account so feedback is attributable and private to your organization. Anonymous no-login review is not the product story.
Are External reviewers billed?
No. External reviewers are free and unlimited on Starter, Studio, and Scale. They never count toward billable team seats.
What is a billable seat?
Agency roles: owner, manager, creator, and viewer. Starter includes 1 seat, Studio 10, Scale unlimited. Invite teammates into those roles only when they need to build or manage campaigns.
What counts as a client?
An active (non-archived) workspace under your organization. Starter allows 3, Studio 10, Scale unlimited. Archive a client to free a slot.
How do campaign limits work?
Active campaigns are capped per client workspace, not as one org-wide pool. Starter: 3 per client. Studio: 10 per client. Scale: unlimited. Archive a campaign in that workspace before creating another when you hit the cap.
Is there a free plan?
No perpetual free tier. New organizations start a 14-day trial with a card on file. Billing starts after the trial unless you cancel.
Who spends AI credits?
Agency members who can create or edit ads. Viewers and External reviewers never spend credits. Credits reset each billing period from your plan allotment.
What ships today vs later?
Live: campaign matrix, native viewport chrome, review console, External reviewers, MCP/API keys, AI credits for extract/generate. Planned: Slack notifications, publishing connectors, file-host pickers. We do not claim those as shipped.
Where do I compare prices?
See the Plans page for Starter, Studio, and Scale limits and list prices. In-app billing uses the same catalog after you sign in.
